The residence comprises four distinct structures: the main central building across multiple levels, two interconnected Garden Houses, and the independent Pond House. Together they offer nine rooms — eight bedroom suites and a simple single room — accommodating up to 25 guests (17 in standard beds and 8 on sofa beds), with nine full bathrooms and two additional WCs. The pool level features three en-suite suites with private kitchenettes and their own entrance from the pool terrace. The ground floor houses a professional kitchen, playroom, two further suites, and a single bedroom with shared bathroom — usually preferred by accompanying staff, though available to any guest. A swimming pool with pool bar and BBQ, a private wine cellar, and a large terrace suitable for events and celebrations complete the residence.
